We provide accommodation packages, taxi bookings, and other value added services to our customers. We also arrange bulk bookings , individual and couple bookings for a specified term.

Some terms for long-term business relationships.

• The hotel provides double bed occupancy for a couple, which includes one child up to the age of 6, with no additional price for the minor child.
• In special circumstances, the agent can request triple or more bed occupancy in the room, and M/S Club Vacationz will pay the extra prices agree upon.
• That bulk booking rates would be lower than individual client charges.
• The hotel does not object if the agent/service provider advertises the hotel on its website and other media, but hotel does not pay anything for advertising them.

When booking through the service provider, the hotel will provide all specifics regarding Check-In and Check-Out times, which will be communicated to Club Vacationz.

• The hotel will accept payment for services given by the service provider's customers by NEFT/Cash Deposit into the hotel's account and will issue an invoice/cash memo for the same.
• In the event of cancellation, Club Vacationz must notify the hotel 3 days prior to the booking date, or the hotel may forfeit the whole amount paid in advance.
• If the hotel is forced to cancel the booking, it must notify Club Vacationz at least 6 days or 2day in advance before check-in or book an alternate hotel matching the same or higher standard of hospitality. Club Vacationz will not be charged for this.
• In the event of a “No-Show”, the hotel is allowed to keep the equivalent of one night's tariff and reimburse the remaining to the Club Vacationz via NEFT/Bank Deposit.
